How to Qualify
To qualify, you'll need to have recently graduated from high school, or have obtained a state-accredited GED credential. Your application will also need to:
- Demonstrate financial need
- Verify you're enrolled, or will enroll (Spring '24) in a credit program that will lead to either a 2-year, or 4-year degree. Certificate programs don't meet this requirement; current fall students should see an advisor about the possibility of transferring credits to a degree program.
- Verify you're enrolled, or will enroll (Spring '24) in a minimum of 6 credit hours, per semester, at Phoenix College, or other MCCCD school.
Those receiving funding must maintain minimum standard of Satisfactory Academic Progress, or SAP, while in the program.
