We're sorry we haven't been reaching you. If you're interested in receiving the newsletter, follow these suggestions to address the issue:
- Identify & Update Problematic Filters in MCCCD Gmail Check your existing MCCCD Account for problematic filters
- Direct Newsletters to Your Personal Email Account Add a preferred personal email account to your MCCCD Student Center, where future newsletters will be directed

in MCCCD Gmail
Check your MCCCD Gmail Spam and Campaigns filters.
If Bear Essentials has been delivered to one of these folders, follow these steps:
- Drag the email to your Inbox
- A Pop-Up notification will appear on the bottom left hand side of the screen.
Click Yes.

Direct Newsletters to a
Preferred Personal Email Account
If you're missing Bear Essentials when its delivered to your MCCCD account, you have the option of directing the newsletters to your preferred personal email account, through maricopa.edu/students.
Follow these steps:
- Click on the Student Center icon
- Enter your MEID and password, if prompted
- You've now entered the Student Center portal. Click the Profile icon.
- On the left-hand menu bar, click Contact Details.
- Add your personal email address under Email, indicating in the account type in the drop down box.
Click Save.
