Policies & Procedures

  1. Please allow at least two business days to process your appointment request.
  2. Students are responsible for knowing if their instructor allows resources (note cards, calculators, etc.) on their exam; if you have any questions, please contact your instructor before your appointment.
  3. Students are required to check in at least 15 minutes before their appointment; students who arrive late may be required to reschedule their appointment.
  4. Students must present a current, valid photo ID (state, federal, or college) and a printed/digital copy of their appointment confirmation email when they check-in for their exam.
  5. Students must store all personal belongings (hats, scarves, phones, watches, backpacks, etc.) in the Testing Services lockers while they complete their exams. Electronic devices (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.) must be turned off and stored during exams.
  6. Head coverings are prohibited in Testing Services; limited exceptions exist for religious or medical purposes. If this applies to you, please inform the proctor. All head coverings may be subject to inspection.
  7. Food/beverages are not allowed in the testing room.
  8. Restroom breaks are not allowed during exams.
  9. Children are not allowed in the testing room, nor may children (under 18) be left unattended while you complete your exam.
  10. All testing is subject to video and audio recording and surveillance.
