Paramedicine Entrance Exam

Applicants to the Phoenix College Paramedicine Program must take the computer-based
entrance exam. This exam contains 150 multiple-choice questions and has a 3-hour time limit. A score of 70% or higher is required to pass.

General Information

  • The exam is administered on campus, in Testing Services
  • A current, valid photo ID, and your MEID & password are required.
  • An 8-digit MCCCD student ID number is required. If you do not have an MCCCD
    student ID number, go to https://admissions.maricopa.edu/ and complete the
    admissions process.
  • Appointments are required - allow at least one business day to process your request. Requests submitted after hours will be answered by 5pm the following business day. 
  • The entrance exam for the Paramedicine Program has a 3-hour time limit; please plan accordingly.

Exam Results
You will receive your scores immediately after testing. Your scores will also be entered in your Student Center. Scores are valid for two years. 


Retesting Policy
If your score is less than 70%, a second attempt is permitted after a minimum of 30 days from the date of the first attempt.
