How Do I Request An Event on Campus?
All events on campus must go through our Event Services team. You can visit the Phoenix College Event Services page to request more information. Once the process has started, you will be contacted by a member of the Media Services department to evaluate your event’s technology needs.
How Much Will My Event Cost?
The Phoenix College Event Services team will guide you through the rental process for booking facilities and other non-technology related needs. The Media Services team will reach out to you to build a quote for the technology portion of your event. Every event is different, these are important to ensure the best experience.
