Adaptive Technology Study Room
Fannin Library offers two reservable study rooms with adaptive equipment. Both rooms are located on the main floor of the library.
- L118 provides Sorenson video phone access (for conducting video relay calls). Remote controls may be checked out at the Circulation Desk when picking up the room key. Visit https://phoenixcollege.libcal.com/reserve/ADA/Sorenson to reserve this space.
- L121 provides an adjustable-height desk and a PC loaded with screen magnifying software and a MAGic keyboard. Visit https://phoenixcollege.libcal.com/reserve/ADA/magnify to reserve this study space.
Web-based Technology
Kurzweil 3000 is a web-based tool licensed by the Maricopa Community Colleges for all students and employees as an assistive technology for text-to-speech reading and magnifying text across devices.
