International Education Program

Welcome to Phoenix College! Phoenix College (PC) is the first of the Maricopa Community College established in the State of Arizona.  PC provides the first two years of Bachelor’s Program (four years of education) and students can transfer from the college to the universities in Arizona and nationwide to complete their Bachelor’s Degree.  Phoenix College has agreements with the three main universities (ASU, U of A, and NAU) for a smooth transfer process. The International Education Program serves students from different countries, cultures, and languages. Services provided are designed to support the educational goals and enhance life opportunities for our international community.

What is a community college?

A community college is a two-year college (sometimes referred to as a junior college) that a student may attend in order to complete their general education requirements. Once completed, they can either transfer to a university or receive occupational training and go directly into their chosen job field.
