Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Find a membership that is right for you.
  2. Enroll in person at the Fitness Center, Hannelly Center, or over the phone by calling (480) 423‑6100.
  3. Get a student ID card. This functions as your membership card, and you should bring it with you every time you use the Fitness Center. You can get a card at the Hannelly Center.
  4. Complete an orientation at the Front Desk so that you can complete health history paperwork and meet with an instructor to go over policies and any fitness programming questions you may have.

  1. Lockers are available for day use only in the Fitness Center. Please do not change clothes in the restrooms.
  2. We are not responsible for personal items brought into the Fitness or Group Exercise Center. Use the day-use lockers in the Fitness Center to store any valuables/personal items.

Ask an instructor at the front desk for a workout program or help with a specific exercise.

Refunds are only given to annual memberships if your medical doctor states in writing that you can no longer exercise. Documentation must be provided within one month of onset of illness. Contact Logan Ryan at sean.ryan@phoenixcollege.edu to initiate the withdrawal.

No refunds are given on semester enrollments except as stated in the Phoenix College schedule of classes “Policies and Procedures.”
