Wellness through Connection
Today's world may feel uncertain, but you're not alone.
Take charge by connecting with others.
Togetherall for Phoenix College
Togetherall is a free, and anonymous, community designed to give voice to your feelings. Moderated by professionals, it's a safe way to share mental health concerns with supportive peers who'll understand your experiences. Learn new strategies, and unlock helpful self-care tools.
Available 24/7, it's a global, online community dedicated to student mental health and wellbeing.
Togetherall is an online mental health community developed for today's students.
Connection is essential to our well-being. If you're feeling stuck, alone, or are just looking for support, other people's stories can offer fresh perspective, and most of all, hope. Friends and family play an important role in our lives, but approaching them isn't always easy. Expressing yourself without fear of judgement can be liberating. Togetherall's anonymity offers you the freedom to share openly.
Inside Togetherall
Whether you'd prefer to start a new conversation, or join an existing one, clinicians will moderate to keep the community safe. Participants enjoy freedom of expression, and:
- Stigma-free support of anonymous friends
- Access to mental health & wellness courses
- Tools for goal setting, journaling, and self-assessment.
