Cost of Attendance
All international applicants on a F-1 student visa must provide evidence of sufficient funds available for their studies. This requirement is mandated by the Department of Homeland Security and SEVIS regulations.
International Students must keep the following in mind:
- A minimum of $30,219, in U.S. currency must be maintained, per year.
- If a student brings dependents, the costs will rise (approximately $5,000 for the first dependent and $2,500 for each additional dependent).
- Complete the Affidavit of Support form and obtain signatures as needed.
- Provide an original letter on official bank letterhead showing that the student has sufficient funds to cover educational expenses The letter must be translated into English. All reported monies must be verified in US dollars.
The exact cost of attendance changes slightly from year to year. The following is an estimate of the total costs of attending PC for a school year as an international student.

These costs reflect the normal load of 24 credits per school year (12 per semester) that international students are required to take. The regular academic school year lasts a total of 10 months, so this estimate does not include summer which is optional.

Payment of Tuition
Keep in mind that classes need to be paid by the due date. PC offers several payment methods for tuition:
- A student can pay online using debit or credit cards.
- They can pay in person at the Cashier's Office in the Hannelly Building.
